4.制定公司环保管理目标，推动实施节能减排，废物管理和污染防治措施，确保公司各项运营活动符合环境保护法规和行业标准；
5.负责事业部职业健康管理体系的建设与实施，推动职业病预防措施实施，开展健康监测和体检工作；
6.领导事业部安全部团队，确保人员配置合理，团队执行力强。
任职要求：
1.10年以上EHS管理经验，其中至少5年担任EHS部门负责人或总监级职务，有制造业（化工、锂电行业优先）背景；
2.精通EHS管理体系（ISO 14001/45001）建设与优化，熟悉并能有效应用国家及地方安全、环保、职业健康法律法规；
3.具备全面的安全、环保、消防、特种设备等专业知识和实务经验，能主导风险评估、应急管理和隐患排查治理；
4.熟悉政府监管检查流程，具备与应急管理、生态环境等部门的有效沟通和迎检经验；
5.具备优秀的团队管理与跨部门协调能力，能推动EHS文化落地，提升全员意识；
6.持有注册安全工程师、注册环保工程师等相关专业资格证书者优先。
