3、薪酬绩效与激励：设计农业基地 + 总部 + 销售差异化薪酬体系，具备市场竞争力与内部公平性，强化结果导向与经营挂钩；统筹员工福利、社保公积金、股权激励、中长期激励方案设计与落地。
4、培训发展与人才梯队：搭建新员工、基层管理、中层干部、核心技术四级培训体系，推动学习型组织建设，赋能农业数字化、标准化运营。
5、员工关系与合规风控：熟悉农业用工、季节性用工、劳务派遣、外包等合规管理，搭建企业文化体系，打造真诚、敬畏、专业、极.致的农业企业文化。

二、任职资格
1、本科及以上，人力资源管理、工商管理、劳动与社会保障、法学等相关专业优先。
2、8 年以上中大型企业人力资源全盘管理经验，有现代农业、种植基地、劳动密集型企业、多基地管理经验优先，成功主导过组织变革、薪酬绩效改革、大规模招聘、人才梯队项目。
3、精通人力资源六大模块，擅长战略人力规划、薪酬绩效、招聘配置、员工关系，具备人力数据分析、人效提升、组织管理、成本管控能力，有丰富高端岗位猎聘能力优先。
4、认可农业，愿意扎根农业，有激情，酷爱人和组织管理，有成就他人之心，逻辑思维强，沟通和写作能力优秀。
