岗位职责：
1. 负责半导体相关产品系统的技术设计、开发、组织实施；
2. 负责公司核心业务研发，确保项目质量和进度，需要为自己的产品/领域负责到底；
3. 负责编写核心业务和核心组件代码，提高后台系统复用性和稳定性；
4. 和产品经理，业务团队紧密配合，促进技术创新和落地，对业务团队赋能；
5. 主导团队开发人员的code review工作，并能提供性能优化、安全性建议；
6. 主导技术难题攻关，重构系统，保证高性能处理和系统的稳定性；
7、参与产品需求评审，积极了解公司业务，能与其他部门进行有效的沟通。
任职要求：
1. 本科（统招）及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先;
2. 3年以上开发经验，熟练掌握Java语言，具备良好的编程习惯，同时熟悉nodejs的优先；
3. 掌握SQL基础知识，熟悉 Mysql、SQL Server 等多种或多种常用数据库，深入理解数据库引擎；
4. 熟悉多线程编程和网络编程，对TCP/IP、HTTP等通信协议有一定的理解；
5. 熟悉 Spring、Spring Boot、Sping Cloud、MyBatis、Hibernate、Nginx、Shiro、Redis 等 Java 主流框架，深入理解 Spring 运行机制以及核心源码；
6. 熟悉开源物联网平台和低代码开发平台者优先
7. 熟悉 Kafka、ActiveMQ、RocketMq 等多种或多种常用消息队列；
8.了解 Vue、Angular 等多种或多种常用JS 框架；
9.了解调度系统，相关路由算法开发经验优先；
10. 有半导体行业经验优先；
11. 较优秀的英文文档阅读、撰写能力，口语优秀者优先；
12. 985/211优先；
13. 热爱技术、学习能力强、关注设计、重视质量，善于沟通。
