岗位职责：
1、负责核心业务系统及AI能力集成开发，基于Spring Cloud微服务架构完成模块设计、核心代码编写及性能优化；
2、设计并实现基于Function Call / Tools的Agent能力，结合MCP协议、Skills、SubAgent及Agent设计模式，构建可扩展的智能体编排框架（Harness）；
3、善用Cursor、Claude Code、Copilot等AI编程工具，提升编码、重构、测试及文档编写效率；
4、负责高并发场景下的性能调优、JVM调优及数据库优化（PostgreSQL优先）。
任职要求
1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，精通Spring Cloud微服务体系；
2、有实际LLM应用开发经验（如LangChain、Semantic Kernel、Function Calling），了解MCP协议并能基于Agent/Skills进行开发；
3、熟练使用Curs/ Claude Code / Codex 等AI编程工具加速日常开发；
4、扎实的Java基础（JVM调优、多线程、IO、RPC），熟悉分布式、高并发系统设计；
5、优秀的SQL能力及数据库优化经验，有高并发项目经验者优先。
