岗位职责
1.需求分析与设计：参与项目需求分析、技术方案设计与评审，结合业务场景输出合理的技术方案；
2.前后端开发：负责系统后端服务的架构设计与核心代码开发，基于Java技术栈实现后端服务功能开发、数据库设计，以及前端页面开发与交互实现；
3.系统维护：负责系统的日常维护、问题排查、bug修复及技术改进，持续优化系统性能与稳定性；
4.文档与协作：编写技术设计文档、接口文档等相关资料，配合产品、测试、运维团队完成项目交付。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上Java全栈开发经验。
2.具备较强的逻辑思维能力和问题分析、解决能力，能独立承担模块开发任务。
3.有物联网、智能制造、微电网、虚拟电厂、EMS能源管理系统等行业经验优先考虑。
