岗位职责

- 建设可观测性（日志/指标/链路追踪）、容量规划与故障演练，确保稳定迭代。
任职要求
- Golang/Python 生产经验扎实，理解并发模型与性能调优；了解 Python 更佳（脚本/评测）。
- 熟悉 PostgreSQL、Redis、消息队列、对象存储；理解一致性、缓存、限流/降级。
- 具备容器化、CI/CD、灰度/回滚、服务指标解读与容量规划经验。
加分项
- 使用过向量数据库与检索框架，做过召回/排序/评测。
- 有开发过成熟 AI 应用的经历。
- 有开源贡献或内部工具工程化并公开的经历。
