任职要求：
1、至少具备5年以上互联网Java开发经验，计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具备能够独立承担起SAAS服务的技术架构能力及业务规划能力；
3、熟悉SpringCloud Alibaba、Redis、MySQL、Oracle、Linux等常用架构组件的使用；
4、熟悉JVM基本原理、内存模型、类加载机制、反射原理、多线程原理、条件竞争条件等JVM基础原理；
5、熟悉静态代码检查、代码复杂度统计、代码运行效率统计、代码包依赖统计、类依赖统计、接口实现统计、抽象类被实现统计、接口被实现统计等代码统计分析工具的基本使用；
6、善于学习和与人沟通、为人正直、诚信、有较强的事业心、具有分析、解决应用问题的能力；

岗位职责：
1、参与项目规划和需求分析，根据业务需求制定相应的技术解决方案；
2、负责云平台核心系统及核心业务的技术架构设计、业务架构与研发工作；
3、负责重点项目推进和外部协调沟通达到项目高效高质量快速落地；
4、负责项目Java开发工作，做好技术预研，解决开发过程中各种难题；
5、指导团队成员进行系统设计、编码、测试和调试工作，确保代码质量和系统稳定性；
