岗位职责：
1.参与MES产品的研发全过程并负责相关模块后端的整体设计和开发；
2.主导微服务架构设计与落地，基于DDD思想划分限界上下文、设计聚合根与领域模型，确保系统高内聚低耦合；

4.负责整体把控后端系统性能优化以及代码高质量和高可维护性；

6.对后端研发团队进行人员、技术方案、进度等方面管理。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，15年以上后端开发管理经验，10年以开发实践经验。
2. 计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握数据结构、算法、主流设计模式。
3. 深入理解DDD核心原理（限界上下文、聚合、领域事件、领域服务等），有基于DDD思想重构系统的案例。
4. 精通SpringBoot、SpringMVC、MyBatis等开源框架，熟悉IoC、AOP、事务等核心组件。
5. 熟悉MySQL、Oracle等主流数据库原理，熟悉SQL调优和数据库性能优化方案。
6. 熟悉常见的中间件、分布式解决方案及其原理。熟悉大容量、高并发的分布式系统设计，使用过消息、分布式缓存、分布式锁等分布式技术框架。
7. 熟悉 Linux\docker环境，熟练CI/CD流程，熟悉jenkins, maven、git等工具。
8. 具有较强的分析复杂问题和解决复杂问题的能力，有强烈的责任心和使命感，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力。
9.具备一定的团队管理能力和经验。
