岗位职责：
1. 负责建立并持续优化iPS细胞株的建系、培养、鉴定、扩增等全流程技术体系。
2. 负责建立iPS细胞向特定功能成体细胞诱导分化的技术平台。
3. 负责制定、编写iPS细胞库及成体细胞库的所有标准操作规程（SOP）、质量标准和管理规范。
4. 建立完善的细胞库记录与追溯体系，确保细胞从获取、处理、储存到使用的全程可追溯性。
5. 负责细胞库的质量控制，包括但不限于细胞身份鉴定、无菌支原体检测、多能性标记物检测及分化潜能评估。
6. 负责iPS种子细胞库、主细胞库、工作细胞库及成体细胞库的日常维护、库存管理、定期检测。
任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，细胞生物学、医学等相关专业。
2. 3年以上从事干细胞培养、建系、鉴定或定向诱导分化的相关工作经验。
3. 具有生物样本库、细胞库的标准化管理经验者优先。
4. 熟练掌握至少一种或多种成体细胞的诱导分化技术及相关功能鉴定方法。
