岗位职责：
参与短视频 / 长视频的剪辑与后期制作（YouTube / TikTok / Shorts 等）；
协助完成2D/3D动画内容的基础制作与动效设计；
根据脚本或素材，进行节奏剪辑、画面包装与视觉优化；
参与AI生成内容（3D模型展示、产品演示类视频）的后期整合；
配合团队完成视频风格统一、模板化剪辑优化；
协助整理素材库、动画资产与剪辑模板。

任职要求
1.动画、影视制作、数字媒体、视觉传达等相关专业优先（实习生/在校生可）；
2.熟练使用至少一种主流剪辑软件；
3. 对镜头语言、节奏剪辑、画面构成有基本理解；
4. 有一定动画基础（2D或基础3D动画理解即可）；
5.对AI生成内容 / 3D视觉 / 数字内容创作有兴趣；
6.能接受快节奏内容迭代与多版本测试。

1.有Blender / C4D / Maya 使用经验
2.做过短视频账号或有作品集（TikTok / B站 / YouTube均可）
3.有动效设计能力（MG动画 / 文字动画 / UI动效）
