专注于DPU及CPU产品的客户支持及客户问题定位与分析。协助客户解决在基于DPU/CPU的系统设计、调试与集成中遇到的芯片问题。本职位需要深厚的硬件调试与系统级网络问题分析能力，有高速接口（如PCIE、DDR、Serdes等）调试经验、RDMA及网络性能优化经验者优先。
工作职责
1.客户技术支持
a) 为客户的DPU及CPU集成项目提供全周期技术支持。
b) 主导并深度参与客户系统的调试与故障分析，提供从硬件信号层到协议层的根本原因分析与解决方案。
c) 分析客户产品问题中的芯片失效原因。
d) 作为客户与技术研发团队（硬件、软件、芯片）的关键桥梁，精准反馈客户问题。
2.硬件与网络调试
a) 负责基于PCle、DDR、Serdes等关键接口的硬件调试与信号完整性分析。
b) 进行高性能网络芯片的问题分析与性能优化。
c) 编写技术文档（如调试指南、性能白皮书、案例研究等）。
任职要求
1.本科以上学历，电子、计算机、通信相关专业。
2.10年以上硬件/系统应用工程师经验，熟悉服务器平台架构（如X86/ARM等）。
3.精通PCle、DDR、以太网高速Serdes的硬件级调试及协议功能问题分析。
4.具备硬件电路知识，理解板卡、芯片与操作系统（Linux）、驱动、固件的交互。
5.有RDMA，TCP/IP、UDP等协议在数据中心部署、调试与性能问题分析经验者优先。能使用抓包分析工具（如Wireshark）及专业性能分析工具进行深度诊断。
6.出色的客户沟通、项目管理和问题解决能力。
7.良好的中英文技术文档读写能力。
