【公司自研岗位】
一、岗位职责
1.参与Java应用程序或系统的开发工作，根据需求规格说明书或设计文档，使用Java及相关技术栈编写高质量、可维护的代码。
2. 编写单元测试以确保代码的正确性和稳定性。使用JUnit等测试框架进行单元测试，并参与集成测试和系统测试。
3. 遵循公司的软件开发流程、编码规范和版本控制规范（如Git），确保项目开发的规范性和高效性。参与代码审查过程，提高代码质量和团队效率。
4. 进行数据开发、数据同步和数据处理工作。
5. 积极参与团队内部的技术讨论，分享自己的学习心得和技术经验，促进团队整体技术水平的提升。
二、任职要求
1. 学历及工作年限：
①统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
②3年及以上的Java开发经验。
2. 技术要求：
①熟练掌握Java语言，理解面向对象编程思想，熟练使用Java开发工具，如Eclipse、 IntelliJ IDEA，熟悉Spring Boot框架；
②对多线程、并发编程有基本了解，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法；
③熟练使用SQL语言，熟悉MySQL、Oracle、oceanbase、pg等数据库，了解数据库设计、 SQL优化等基本概念；做过数据开发的，有数据同步、数据处理经验的优先；
④熟悉缓存中间件 Redis 的使用场景；
⑤熟悉Kafka、了解kettle优先；
⑥熟悉Linux环境下的部署、日志分析及资源监控，了解 docker 容器化部署作为加分项。
3.能力要求：
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够与团队成员有效沟通，具备良好的问题解决能力，遇到问题能够主动寻求解决方案。
4.其它：
①具备较强的学习能力和求知欲，能够快速掌握新技术；
②必要时能出差（比较偶尔）参与新开发系统的落地或疑难问题的现场调试。
