Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Quality Strategy
Define execute a company-wide quality strategy to support automotive industrial-grade power, RF Senssemiconductproducts.
Ensure alignment with functional safety (ISO 26262), automotive SPICE, zero-defect initiatives required by Tier-1 OEM customers.
Report to the executive team on global quality KPIs, risks, continuous improvement programs.
End-to-End SemiconductQuality Leadership
Oversee quality across all phases: design, NPI, wafer fabrication, assembly & test, packaging, qualification, field returns.
Embed quality-by-design (QbD) design-for-reliability (DfR) principles R&D product development teams.
Lead implementation of APQP/PPAP product safety protocols across theganization.
Automotive & Power Technology Compliance
Ensure all products meet relevant automotive standards: IATF 16949
Drive qualification reliability testing protocols fpower devices (e.g., Mosfet, IGBT, GaN, SiC, RF) Sensnodes.
Lead reliability engineering qualification testing (HTOL, HAST, Temp Cycling, ESD, etc.) to ensure product robustness compliance with industry standards
Oversee robust excursion management, traceability, containment procedures fmission-critical automotive applications.
Supplier, Fab, OSAT Quality
Lead supplier quality governance across front-end (e.g., wafer foundries) back-end partners (OSATs, assembly & test houses).
Ensure rigorous supplier assessments, audits, process controls, especially fautomotive-grade material component compliance.
Make sure Fabs Manage fab-level SPC, defect density, yield improvement, excursion control initiatives.
Customer Engagement & Field Quality
Serve as the seniescalation point fglobal customer quality issues audits.
Lead fast-response containment, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective action processes (8D, SCARs) fautomotive returns (RMAs) failures.
Drive rapid resolution of quality incidents customer complaints
Strengthen customer trust through proactive quality performance management, transparency, collaboration.
Digitalization Continuous Improvement
Champion use of data analytics, AI/ML, digital quality tools fearly detection, traceability, predictive quality.
Lead continuous improvement programs leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving methodologies.
People & Culture
Build lead a global team of quality, reliability, compliance professionals. Quality is not a target but it is a journey
Promote a proactive quality culture emphasizing accountability, technical excellence, zero-defect mindset.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, related technical discipline.
15+ years in quality reliability roles within the semiconductindustry, including automotive-grade products.
Deep understanding of power semiconductor, RF Senstechnology, fab processes, packaging/test environments.
Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, AEC-Q100/101, ISO 26262, VDA 6.3).
Proven leadership of quality in IDM fabless/OSAT semiconductmodels.
Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, other core quality tools.
Six Sigma Black Belt equivalent certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage global cross-functional teams engage with Tier-1s OEMs.
