    • Proficient in Hall effect principle, familiar with open-loop/closed-loop Hall current sensors 3D position sensors (preferably 3D Hall effect type) their application methods.
    • Solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, able to read schematics use test instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.) independently fdebugging fault troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with automotive industrial standards (e.g., AEC-Q100, ISO 26262) is a plus; experience in new energy vehicles, industrial automation energy storage fields is preferred.
    Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable)
    • Good English reading, writing speaking skills, able to read English technical manuals communicate with international customers.
    • Proficiency in problem-solving techniques tools; experience with simulation tools fmagnetic field analysis is a plus.
    • Strong teamwork, communication project management abilities; able to adapt to short-to-medium-term business trips.
    • Proactive, responsible with strong continuous learning ability.
