岗位职责
1、负责泛微OA系统合同、人事、档案三大核心模块的二次开发与接口调试，完成需求落地与全流程测试，保障模块功能安全稳定运行2、主导泛微OA系统与第三方异构系统的集成对接工作，包括但不限于ERP、CRM、企业考勤系统等，完成集成方案设计、接口开发与标准化接口文档编写3、配合项目团队完成开发成果的环境部署、功能上线与用户培训，跟进上线后的运行状态，及时排查解决各类技术问题4、独立完成从需求评估、方案设计、开发编码、文档输出到上线部署的全流程交付，输出OA与物流业务系统集成解决方案任职要求
1、计算机、软件工程等相关专业，2年以上Java开发经验，其中1年及以上泛微OA(Ecology9/10优先)二次开发经验，深入理解泛微产品架构与开发规范
2、扎实掌握Java技术栈，精通Spring、MyBatis、SpringBoot等主流开发框架，熟练使用MySQLSQL Server数据库，具备复杂SQL编写与性能优化能力3、熟悉前端基础技术HTMUCSSavaScript,了解vue等前端框架，掌握Restul API开发规范，有泛微流程引擎、表单门户、移动端模块开发经验
4、具备异构系统集成经验，有泛微OA对接ERP、HR、CRM等系统项目落地经历，拥有泛微OA与物流业务系统集成开发经验优先5、具备良好的需求理解能力、文档编写能力和跨团队沟通能力，能够独立承担开发任务，抗压能力强，对技术有持续学习热情
