岗位职责：
1．协助办理香港区域内的MSO牌照等事宜。
2．协助建立与监管机构（包括中央银行、金融单位、执法部门）的关系，协助解决各类问题与争议。
3．从监管视角及时开展合规/反洗钱调查、核查、监控及审查工作（涵盖账户开户、定期账户审查及交易监控），确保高效识别和监测可疑活动与交易。
4．整合多源风险分析数据，识别反洗钱风险关键指标，重点标注高风险部门/领域并提出策略建议。
任职要求：
1．大学本科学历及以上，并在金融支付机构或监管机构拥有5年以上从业经验。
2．包含以下任一领域：反洗钱与反恐融资合规、综合合规及/或风险合规、审计与咨询经验
3．熟悉香港地区情况，了解银行/金融服务行业的反洗钱法规
4．具备解决中等复杂问题的决策能力，拥有强大的项目管理能力，能协调全球多元化团队协作展现领导力与团队协作精神，具备分析反洗钱合规风险根源的能力，具备出色的演讲表达能力且能够以高度专业性与公司内外各级人员进行沟通。
5．英语、粤语、普通话书面及口语流利。
