2、熟悉高科技/电子PLM行业研发业务，参与并完成PLM项目从需求调研到方案设计的实施过程；
3、熟悉PLM相关业务开发流程，拥有美的、华为PLM客制化经验更佳；
4、有较强的沟通能力及团队协作能力；
