岗位职责：
1. 负责基于Python技术栈进行IoT设备数据传递、安全保护相关开发工作，保障程序、接口稳定。
2. 与其他软件工程师、现场实施人员合作，高效完成项目服务端开发、部署。
3. 持续对系统架构进行改造和优化，并保证兼容性和执行效率。
4. 参与需求评估、框架设计等工作及部分运维工作。
5. 负责搭建中台，通过网络获取周边附件数据采集结果，转发至上位系统。
6. 负责现场设备调试。
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 熟练使用Python、C++等编程语言及Django、Flask框架。
2. 熟练掌握TCP、UDP、HTTP协议，了解Socket、MQTT通信。
3. 熟悉分布式、高并发及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优。
4. 熟悉基本的数据结构、算法和代码、后端系统整体设计。
5. 具备简单的安装调试能力。
6. 能够出具完整的应用实施解决方案，包括系统架构设计、接口规范制定、技术文档编写等。
7. 有较强的责任心和抗压能力，具有团队合作精神，有良好的学习能力及沟通能力。
