任职要求：
1.计算机科学或相关专业，本科及以上学历（优秀候选人可放宽条件）。
2. 3-10 年 Python 后端开发经验，熟悉主流 Web 框架，特别是 FastAPI。
3.熟练掌握 Python 语言特性、异步编程（async/await）、协程调度等。
4.了解 gRPC / Protobuf 并能在系统中设计和实现服务间通信。
5.具备 Web 后端基础能力，包括：
●RESTful API 设计
●JWT 或 OAuth2 鉴权
●角色权限体系
●文件上传/下载、任务处理、异步任务队列、缓存、本地算法/软件服务化容器化、大文件和长任务稳定性等
6.熟悉 SQL 或 NoSQL 数据库，如 PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB，能进行基本优化。
7.熟悉 Linux 环境、基本 Shell 命令，能部署与维护后端服务。
8.具备自我学习能力，对新技术有探索热情。
9.有责任心和团队协作精神，能快速理解业务和产品需求。
