【岗位职责】
1. 负责登机桥、VDGS（飞机泊位引导系统）、登船桥、无人驾驶车辆等新产品新功能开发中的软件算法的设计、开发、实现、测试验证和优化工作；
2. 负责对现有ADAM，VDGS等产品的算法的消化吸收和优化升级；
3. 负责图像数据、视频数据、激光点云数据、毫米波雷达数据、运行数据的分析和处理算法开发；
4. 负责光学算法、测量算法、模式识别算法、控制算法等的设计，完成数学建模、算法设计、系统仿真、算法验证等工作，支撑产品需求分析和方案设计，保障产品性能和准确性，对产品持续改进。
【任职要求】
1. 5年以上图像、视频、激光点云算法独立开发的经验；有至少两种算法以成熟应用到产品中；有自动驾驶算法开发经验者优先；
2. 精通C++，Python等编程语言，并具有良好的编程能力；
3. 精通计算机视觉、机器学习和传感器融合等相关领域的理论和实践；熟悉图像分类、模式识别、目标检测及跟踪、图像分割、自然语言处理等常见深度学习算法；了解多传感器数据融合的基本方法和技术，如卡尔曼滤波、粒子滤波等；有复杂算法（如图像与视频处理、计算机视觉等）CUDA/OpenCL/汇编级优化经验；
4. 熟悉编译器基本知识，了解至少一种通用或者专用的编译器，如GCC，LLVM，TVM，MLIR 等；
5. 熟悉Caffe，TensorFlow，MxNet，PyTorch 等至少一种深度学习框架；
6. 熟悉算法移植和部署。
