岗位职责
1. 负责AI、图形学、计算机视觉等核⼼算法在UE5引擎中的⼯程化落地，包括模型适配、接⼝封装、全链路调试；
2. 主导UE5数字⼈全链路性能调优，涵盖渲染、AI推理、动画驱动等模块，优化内存与GPU占⽤，适配PC/移动端/VR多平台；
3. 开发数字⼈⼯具链，如动捕数据导⼊插件、表情参数调试⾯板、算法效果可视化⼯具等，提升研发效率；
4. 集成MetaHuman Animator、Live Link等UE5原⽣⼯具并进⾏⼆次开发，适配业务需求；
5. 协同算法团队解决UE5落地过程中的⼯程问题，制定算法集成技术规范与*佳实践。
任职要求
1. 学历背景：计算机、软件⼯程相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 经验要求：3年以上UE5开发经验，具备算法引擎集成或插件开发项⽬经验，有数字⼈相关项⽬经验者优先；
3. 技术能⼒：
◦ 精通UE5蓝图与C++开发，深⼊理解UE5引擎架构、动画系统、渲染管线及插件开发流程；
◦ 熟悉模型部署技术（ONNX、TensorRT），能将PyTorch/TensorFlow模型适配到UE5，实现CPU/GPU推理；
◦ 掌握UE5性能分析⼯具（Unreal Insights），能精准定位渲染、AI推理等环节的性能瓶颈并优化；
◦ 了解数字⼈⻣架结构、动画驱动原理，熟悉MetaHuman⽣态⼯具的使⽤与⼆次开发。
