 调研复杂业务场景下的*优可行性方案，分析开发技术风险并及时报告。带领团队成员克服技术挑战并提高团队的技术水平，确保按时保质保量的提交。
 与产品负责人和架构师合作进行估算，并与开发人员一起审核和验证估算，确保其现实可行。
 紧急情况下及时响应并解决系统故障。

2. 熟悉SQL Server等数据库，熟练使用SQL语言及存储过程、视图、自定义函数等；掌握WCF、Webapi开发；熟悉JavaScript、jQuery、HTML、Div+CSS、XML等前端编程语言，有React基础者优先。具备良好的编程习惯，能够独立构建软件解决方案并解决开发中的技术问题。
3. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备较强的学习能力；拥有4年及以上.Net软件开发经验，熟悉面向对象编程，掌握.Net Framework、.Net Core、C#编程语言、Visual Studio及.Net MVC。有Java开发经验者也可投递。
4. 具备基本的英文听说读写能力，能适应纯英文办公环境。
