The HeXie Management Research Centre is a research innovation platform focused on the application of HeXie Management Theory across management, education, sociology. It supportsiginal research, interdisciplinary training, educational innovation with a vision to contribute to high-quality social industrial development. Key research areas include digital intelligent ecosystems, future social governance, sustainable development, covering topics such as digital transformation, ageing society, ESG strategy, green economy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Market Development & Opportunity Analysis
• Identify evaluate business opportunities aligned with institutional strategic focus industry trends.
• Conduct market competitanalysis to inform business development programme design.
• Monitindustry developments emerging market needs to generate actionable insights.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management
• Build maintain effective relationships with industry partners, research institutions, internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison to align external client needs with internal capabilities, facilitating co-developed solutions.
• Coordinate partnerships effectively, ensuring strong stakeholder communication sustainable collaboration.
3. Project Management
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects—from bidding, proposal development, initiation, execution through to final closure.
• Prepare high-quality bidding materials proposals in collaboration with academic operational teams.
• Design implement customised training programmes, ensuring practical content, effective delivery, alignment with sustainability client objectives.
• Oversee logistics, execution, stakeholder communication, documentation, post-programme evaluation, ensuring compliance with institutional standards.
• Integrate client market feedback to enhance continuous improvement in training project delivery.
4. Strategic Contribution &ganisational Development
• Support strategic planning processes contribute actively to operational enhancements.
• Participate inganisational development initiatives cross-functional collaboration.
• Undertake business travel other tasks assigned by management.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master’s degree above, preferably in Marketing, Management, a related field.
2. Minimum of two years of full-time work experience in the higher education research institution sector.
3. Strong bilingual communication skills (Chinese English), with proven ability to engage effectively with internal external stakeholders at all levels.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional tasks deliver results in a collaborative environment.
5. Proven experience in coordinating delivering projects, with strong skills in planning, execution, process management.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in managing institutional externally facing initiatives, particularly those involving stakeholder engagement public interaction.
2. Experience in developing delivering training, outreach, educational programmes tailored to diverse audiences.
3. Strong serviceientation the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Cross-cultural international work experience, with demonstrated adaptability in diverseganizational settings.
