1、参与公司内部产品Saas产品营销平台后台模块设计和开发
2、参与业务原始需求讨论、需求分析，进行系统框架和核心模块的详细设计，转化为开发任务并负责核心功能开发；
3、根据开发规范编写各种开发文档及项目文档
4、参与线上问题解决、排障

任职要求:
1. 5年以上Java开发经验，至少2年互联网或IT行业中大型项目核心模块开发经验；
2. 精通SpringBoot/Cloud生态，熟悉Quarkus等云原生应用开发框架，深入理解MySQL原理，具备复杂业务场景下的表设计能力与SQL调优经验；
3. 熟悉分布式架构设计，掌握Redis/Kafka等中间件技术；
4. 熟悉doris/clickhouse/elasticsearch等常用MPP引擎或数据仓库技术，具备大数据处理能力；
5. 熟悉容器化技术（Docker/K8s）及DevOps流程优先，具备一定的运维（Prometheus+Grafana+ELK+SkyWalking）及生产问题解决经验优先；
6. 熟悉统一认证/CAS和流程引擎对接方案，具备技术方案文档编写及团队技术指导经验；
7. 熟悉大模型LLM大模型，具备生成式AI应用/Agent等开发经验者优化；
8. 注重代码规范，具有良好的学习能力、文档能力、沟通能力、团队合作意识；
