岗位职责：
1、认真贯彻执行上级及公司对安全、消防、职业卫生工作的各项规定；
2、参与公司安全生产标准化建设，参与建立公司双重预防体系，职业健康安全体系、环境保护目标的制定；
3、组织或参与拟订公司各项安全规章制度和操作规程；
4、参与制定公司隐患排查治理工作计划，监督各部门开展隐患排查治理工作，组织开展综合检查、专项检查、季节性检查、节假日检查、事故类比检查等各项检查工作；
5、落实重大、较大风险点的安全管控措施，配合政府部门、上级单位的安全检查，对检查出来的问题组织整改并反馈；
6、组织应急值班和突发事件初期处置工作，监督、指导各部门应急管理工作，组织各单位进行应急演练，评估应急预案的有效性；
7、参与新改扩建设项目安全、职业卫生、消防“三同时”和评价工作，监督、检查建设项目安全设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用；
8、参与制定公司年度安全培训计划，定期开展安全培训，组织“三级”安全培训工作；
9、组织开展安全生产月、消防月、百日安全活动、安全知识竞赛等活动。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、机械、自动化、材料等专业，机械制造或汽车零部件行业3年以上EHS管理经验，铝合金加工或压铸行业经验优先；
2、具备较强的组织策划能力，良好的对外沟通协调能力，较强的风险辨识和隐患排查能力，常见事故事件的应急处置能力；
3、良好的职业素养，持有注册安全、消防等相关证书。
