【岗位职责】

5、推动内部人才培养机制运行，通过标准制定、竞聘选拔、培训提升、效果评估及晋升任命等全流程管理，保障组织人才规范发展。
6、开展员工劳动合同及协议签署，整理并封存在职、转职、离职档案，确保档案完整、规范留存，实现劳动关系合法合规。
7、统计分析人力资源数据并输出报告，维护人力资源信息库，为基地管理层提供人力决策依据。

【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先，2年以上人力资源工作经验，熟悉人力资源1-2个模块实操，有制造业从业经验者优先。
2、对《劳动法》《劳动合同法》《民法典》等人力资源相关的法律法规相关内容有一定了解。
3、熟悉档案管理，会社保公积金系统操作、考勤系统操作、人力资源信息系统和培训系统操作。
4、工作责任心强、工作计划性强、学习力强。
