主要工作事项及职务:
1、保障公司研发、生产的物料供应稳定性，同时控制成本、优化供应商结构、防范供应风险；
2、根据公司研发计划、生产需求和市场预测，制定分品类、多元化物料采购策略，包括核心芯片，关键元器件，辅材等；
3、针对核心芯片等物料，与国内外多资源供应商洽谈价格、交期、付款条件、质量标准及售后服务条款，争取成本优势和稳定供应配额；
4、落实采购计划，下达采购订单，跟踪订单执行进度，协调解决订单交付中的异常问题（如延迟交货、物料质量不符），识别供应商潜在风险，确保物料按时、按质、按量入库；
5、负责供应商管理与优化/供应商全生命周期管理/供应商分级管理，定期组织供应商绩效评估，推动引入优质国产化替代。
6、建立物料管控成本体系，跟踪市场价格变动，协同研发工程部门持续降本，优先推荐高性价比/通用化/标准化物料，减少定制化物料的采购成本和交付周期；
7、建立和优化采购管理流程，定期编制采购工作报告。
职位要求:
1) 全日制本科及以上
2) 电子、通讯等相关专业，优秀者专业不限
3) 5-8年采购经验，其中有5年以上光通讯行业采购经验；有数据通信市场光引擎物料采购/管理经验者优先。
4）具备一定海外采购经验。
5）有良好的商务谈判技巧和成本意识，对光通信/数通市场材料行情具备相关的行业敏感度。
6）具有较强的适应能力、学习能力、应对能力及团队合作精神。
7）英语良好，具备一定的英语听说读写能力。
