This role is office based.
What You Will Do in Your Role
• Ensure that customers adhere to established payment terms by monitoring tracking payment schedules ftimely processing.
• Proactively manage take ownership of your portfolio of customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders in resolving payment issues.
• Timely report escalate when material issues impacts.
• Be a teammate. We are a global team of likeminded contribution driven Collectors.
• Lead coordinate negotiations related to payments claims with cross-functionals.
• Continuously seek opportunities through innovation fprocess improvement system optimization.
The Experience You Will Bring:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree higher in Finance, Accounting, Business related field.
• Strong communication skills (both written verbal) necessary fprofessional interactions with both external internal contacts.
• Ability to proactively engage in a rapidly changing business environment while demonstrating a high level of transparency, accountability, collaboration.
• Detailiented problem solver, quick learner with ability to multi-task.
• Good English communication skill is a must.
• 2+ years as a collection specialist in an international environment.
What Will Put You Ahead:
• Possess hands on knowledge of MS office, SAP System Getpaid tool.
• Experience with Power BI other data visualization software/tools.
• Process Transformation / Process Automation / Process Implementation experience.
• 4+ years as a collection specialist in an international environment.
