岗位职责
1. 与城市人事对接并负责本地淘宝闪GO城代全模块人事工作：中台岗位:财务/运营等管理层招聘、考勤核算、新人培训、入转调离、员工关系、人力数据报表，把控团队流失与用工风险；
2. 同步承接总部职能岗招聘，岗位发布、简历筛选、初面、人才储备;
3. 行政工作：办公用品、固定资产、会议接待、文件归档、后勤杂项、单据整理；
4. 配合大促、活动落地相关人事行政支撑。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上，2年以上HRBP/人事招聘实操经验，电商、本地生活、销售代理商经验优先；
2. 精通招聘全流程，能同时兼顾本地团队+总部双线招聘，会基础人力数据统计；
3. 熟悉劳动法规，擅长员工沟通，抗压能力强，可适应销售团队工作节奏；
4. 细心有条理，能独立完成会务、资产、档案等行政综合事务；
5. 沟通协调能力优秀，可双线对接城市业务负责人与总部人力。
