岗位职责：
1.制定景区安全管理制度、应急预案（如游客踩踏、自然灾害、设施事故），并推动落地；
2.定期检查景区设施（游乐设备、消防系统、步道）、环境（地质、气象）及人员操作风险，督促整改；
3.主导突发事件（火灾、游客受伤、治安事件）的现场指挥，联动公安、消防、医疗等外部资源；
4.组织员工安全培训（急救、消防、应急流程），定期开展应急演练（如防汛、反恐），提升团队处置能力；
5.监督景区人流管控（高峰限流、动线引导），设置安全警示标识，保障游客游览安全；
6.确保景区安全工作符合国家法规（如《旅游法》《安全生产法》），接受政府部门检查并落实整改要求。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、消防工程、旅游管理等相关专业；
2.年龄原则上不超过45周岁；
3.3年以上景区/文旅行业安全管理经验，具备大型活动安全保障经验者优先。责任心强、抗压能力突出，具备敏锐的安全风险预判意识，持有消防设施操作员（中级）、应急救援员等相关证书；具备风险评估、应急指挥、团队管理及跨部门协调能力；熟悉旅游行业安全法规、应急处置流程及景区设施安全标准；
4.身体健康，无违法犯罪和不良记录；
5.条件特别优秀者，可适当放宽招聘条件。
