岗位职责:
1.负责自动化设备中可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)程序的设计、编写与调试，确保系统稳定运行；
2. 根据项目需求独立完成电气控制系统方案设计；
3. 对现有PLC系统进行故障排查与维护升级，优化生产效率与设备可靠性；
4. 配合生产及工艺团队完成跨部门协作，推动自动化产线集成落地；
5. 编写技术文档、操作手册，支持后期运维与培训需求。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历，自动化、电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业；
2. 三年及以上电气相关等工作经验，熟练梯形图LD、功能块FBD、结构化文本ST/SCL、SFC顺序功能图等编程语言，可编写PLC软件(汇川/三菱/西门子等)。且能独立完成程序架构设计、编写、调试、故障排查、优化、文档输出；
3. 能看懂/绘制电气原理图、接线图、控制柜布局图；
4. 熟练使用AutoCAD、EPLAN等电气绘图软件；
5. 至少会一种上位软件：WinCC、组态王、力控、IFIX、SCADA等；
6. 熟练掌握Profinet、Profibus、Modbus RTU/TCP、EtherCAT、CC-Link、以太网IP等常用通讯，且能处理多设备组网、数据交互、通讯故障排查。
7. 熟悉变频器、伺服驱动器、步进电机参数设置与调试，有定位控制、同步控制、多轴联动、闭环控制经验优先。
8. 有较强的责任心、创新意识和良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神；
9. 具备成本意识、安全意识、文档规范意识。
