3. 负责档案的归档、保存、借阅、销毁等管理，确保档案的完整、准确、及时可得；
4. 参与制定GMP体系的培训计划，按照计划进行组织培训，监督培训的实施，评估培训效果，确保人员正确理解GMP法规及公司文件要求；
5. 参与客户审计工作准备及迎检，协调审计整改工作，跟踪整改的实施情况；
6. 参与公司内部自检，包括组织自检、自检的实施，确保公司质量体系的持续有效运行；；
7. 配合完成质量体系月度及年度质量回顾。
8. 公司及领导安排的其它工作。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，制药类、生物学、药学等相关专业；
2. 3年及以上制药或生物制品企业工作经历，具备质量管理相关从业经验，熟悉GMP法规要求；
3. 较强的分析判断能力，善于沟通，积极进取，团队合作；
4. 工作主动积极，态度严谨细致，责任心强；
5. 具备一定的英语读写能力。
