Position Overview
We are seeking a Directof International Strategy & Business Development to lead our global expansion in the CT imaging equipment sector. The role requires expertise in strategic planning, market entry, investment, financing, along with a deep understanding of the industry. The successful candidate must have a strong medical industry network cross-cultural management skills to ensure global competitiveness compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1.Overseas Business Development (BD)
-Develop execute strategies fexpanding the CT imaging equipment market overseas, identifying securing new markets clients (e.g., hospitals, imaging centers).
-Establish maintain strategic partnerships with overseas medical institutions, distributors, industry associations, key stakeholders.
-Drive multinational business collaborations, including technology licensing, joint development, distribution agreements to enhance global market penetration.
2.Overseas Investment Financing
-Plan execute overseas investment financing strategies, identifying engaging potential strategic investors, venture capital firms, sovereign wealth funds (e.g., Saudi Industrial Development Fund).
-Design financing structures, optimize equity frameworks, reduce financing costs, support the company’s international expansion.
-Coordinate financial evaluations due diligence foverseas markets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
3.Overseas Strategic Planning
-Formulate global market strategies fCT imaging equipment, tailoring localized market entry plans fregions such as Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East.
-Analyze global medical imaging equipment market trends, identifying technological, competitive, regulatory changes to maintain industry leadership.
-Lead the establishment of overseas production, assembly, training centers to optimize global supply chains operational efficiency.
4.Regulatory Compliance Familiarity
-Maintain familiarity with medical device regulations compliance requirements in regions such as Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East (e.g., FDA, CE certification, NMPA) to ensure product market compliance.
-Collaborate with local regulatory industryganizations to secure market access permits address compliance challenges.
-Monitlegal compliance risks in overseas projects to ensure business activities align with international standards.
5.Team Leadership Cross-Cultural Management
-Lead the overseas strategy team, setting strategic goals motivating team members to achieve high performance.
-Leverage cross-cultural management expertise to foster global team collaboration address cultural differences.
-Provide regular reports to senileadership on overseas business progress, risks, solutions.
Qualifications
1.Education
-Bachelor’s degree higher in biomedical engineering, medical devices, business administration, a related field; overseas study background (undergraduate master’s) preferred.
-MBA relevant master’s degree is a plus.
2.Work Experience
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical imaging equipment industry (particularly CT), with at least 5 years in overseas business development, investment financing, strategic management.
-Proven track record: Successfully led CT imaging equipment market expansion, investment/financing projects, multinational strategic partnerships.
-Strong network of overseas medical industry contacts (e.g., hospitals, imaging centers, industry associations, regulatory bodies).
3.Skills Competencies
-Fluent in English with excellent writtenal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) is a plus.
-In-depth knowledge of the CT imaging equipment market (e.g., PCCT, PACT technology trends) competitive landscape.
-Exceptional strategic thinking business acumen, with the ability to identify market opportunities develop actionable plans.
-Familiarity with global medical device regulations compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, CE certification) the ability to navigate complex compliance environments.
