1. 参与开创性的AI fScience项目，负责科学智能体平台的整体系统架构设计、核心模块开发与持续演进，涵盖前端界面、后端服务、数据管道及智能体集成层。
2. 与AI/ML团队紧密协作，将大语言模型 Agent 深度集成到文献分析，论文写作等科研应用中。
3. 构建并优化平台的核心后端与数据层，确保用户管理、智能体调度、模型服务调用等高并发服务的稳定性与性能，并推动工程体系的标准化。

职位要求
1. 具备2-4年后端开发经验，拥有独立负责复杂后端平台开发维护的完整经历。
2. 精通Python FastAPI及其生态框架，熟练使用 Docker、MongoDB、PostgreSQL、Redis、消息队列等数据库 / 中间件 / 基础设施；
3. 具备扎实的系统设计能力，精通API设计、数据库优化、微服务、消息队列及缓存技术，能够独立完成复杂python后端服务的搭建，数据库设计等常见后端任务。
4. 拥有云原生技术的实战经验，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes及CI/CD等开发部署流程。
5. 能够快速理解并集成AI模型服务，熟悉LLM调用、Agent框架（如LangChain）的基本原理与应用。

1. 有前端或全栈开发经验，能够参与简单 Web 页面开发。
2. 有大模型 + 问答系统、实时推送系统等项目经验，了解相关架构与调优手段。
