岗位职责：
1、负责公司小程序、以及公司软件系统、官网日常运维管理工作;
2、按照软件开发流程，根据产品和项目计划，按时完成平台的架构、功能规划、架构设计、编码开发、测试等全流程工作;
3、负责公司现有系统与第三方业务系统的接口联调;
4、负责相关产品的部署：包括安装、配置、维护、监控、调优、排除故障等稳定性保障工作；
5、针对公司服务器资源以及数据库进行管理;
6、负责持续优化系统架构，提高系统在高并发、分布式环境下的容灾容错能力，保证系统的可运维、高可用性、高可靠性；
7、参与关键技术点攻坚工作与技术推广;
岗位要求：
1、能独立完成项目研发任务，熟练掌握Spring、SpringMVC、Springboot、SpringCloud、MyBatis、Activity工作流等开源框架，熟悉Redis、Nginx等中间件;
2、熟练掌握常用的编程和脚本语言，如Python、Shell；有Linux使用经验，能够诊断技术问题和自动化日常任务
3、熟悉MySQL、Oracle、SqlServer等至少一种主流数据库，对sql语句及其性能有较为深入的理解；
4、逻辑分析能力强，善于沟通，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力
