任职要求：1.具有国网相关工作经验，熟悉国网系统架构、业务体系及信息化建设标准；2.具备千万级用户软件系统实战经验，精通多线程、分布式、高并发、高负载及高可用架构设计，能独立完成系统技术架构优化和实施；3.掌握系统全链路技术知识，包括网络架构、服务器部署、容灾备份、监控告警及安全防护，具备相关领域方案设计与落地经验；4.熟悉国产化技术栈(如麒麟0S、QceanBase数据库、国产中间件),具备信创云平台迁移实战经验，能保障迁移过程中的系统稳定性与数据安全性；5.熟悉微服务架构与容器化技术(Docker、Kubernetes),深入了解主流云计算平台(华为云、阿里云等)的核心服务、架构逻辑及组件应用，能实现云原生环境下的系统部署与运维；6.精通常用微服务框架和设计模式，熟练掌握关系型数据库(如高斯DB、PolarDB等)；7.深入理解·JVM、多线程等核心技术，熟练掌握SpringMVC,MySQL、Redis、MQ、ES、weblogic等中间件，并能灵活应用：8.较强的文档编写、表格设计、方案设计和沟通、协调能力；9.能够遵守信通产业集团公同的各项规章制度，能够严格遵守信通产业集团公司的信息安全管理规定：10.具备很强的合作意识，有很好的技术敏感度和风险识别能力，有不断钻研和探索的精神，效于挑战自我，有解决疑难问题的毅力和决心。
