2.CI/CD 流水线搭建与优化：负责持续集成/持续交付（CI/CD）工具链的搭建与维护。编写和优化编译、集成、发布脚本，实现自动化构建、测试、部署与快速回滚，推动研发效能提升与流程标准化
3.构建与发布管理：负责软件产品的自动化构建、打包、归档与发布流程设计。管理制品库及多环境（开发、测试、生产、容灾）的搭建与配置，确保发布包的完整性与正确性
4.DevOps实践与工具链集成：负责DevOps 流程的设计与优化，推动开发、测试、运维等环节的协同协作。负责配置管理工具（如 Git、Jenkins、Nexus 等）的引入、集成、二次开发与日常维护
5.技术支持与培训：为研发团队提供配置管理及 CI/CD 相关的技术支持，解答工具使用及流程规范问题。组织相关培训，提升团队成员的配置管理意识与自动化操作能力
6.工具开发：AI应用，借助AI进行工具开发
7.持续集成、DevOps流程相关问题的紧急响应处理
任职资格
3年以上持续集成DevOps设计运维开发经验
3年以上python、shell开发经验
3年以上Docker、虚拟化等构建运维开发经验
