- 测评验证：负责从原型到量产的全流程人因实验、可用性测试和用户访谈，完成体验效果验证，推动软硬件问题闭环。
- 人群洞察：深挖目标人群睡眠与精力管理场景，建立核心种子用户池，主导生理数据采集与标注，驱动产品早期定义。
任职要求
- 专业背景：心理学、人因工程、HCI或生理医学硕士及以上，3 年以上消费电子（AI穿戴/数字医疗优先）经验。
- 能力要求：精通定性定量、人因研究方法论等，有良好的数据处理能力，能解读生理信号，对AI算法有基础认知。
- 落地经验：有过完整的NPS运营体系搭建或主导过大规模Beta众测及闭环管理，有可穿戴设备、数字医疗或智能家居落地经验者优先。
