岗位职责

1. 负责电商CRM系统核心功能模块的技术方案设计和功能开发；
2. 根据业务需求完成技术方案设计、编码实现、单元测试及文档编写，确保代码可读性、可维护性与系统稳定性；
3. 参与系统性能优化、架构重构及可扩展性提升工作。

任职要求

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备1年以上Java后端开发经验；
2. 熟练掌握 Java 语言及核心特性，具备扎实的编程基础；
3. 熟悉Spring 生态体系，掌握常用分布式中间件（如 MySQL、RabbitMQ、Kafka、Redis）的使用，并理解其原理与*佳实践；
4. 具备较强的责任心与团队协作精神，能在快节奏环境中高效沟通，并保持持续学习的能力；
5. 对 CRM 系统及相关业务领域有一定理解或兴趣。
