1. 营业时间内在岗履职，负责处方审核、调配、复核，确保处方合法、配伍合理、剂量准确，杜绝配伍禁忌与超量用药。
2. 负责药品验收、养护、陈列，保证药品质量。
3. 落实药店GSP 规范，配合药监检查。
4. 为顾客提供用药咨询、合理用药指导等专业服务。
5. 收集、整理、上报中药药品不良反应（ADR）信息，建立不良反应监测档案。
6.薪资范围4.5k-5.5k
职位要求：
1. 取得执业药师资格证书，并注册在本企业。
2. 药学相关专业本科及以上学历，具有2 年及以上药品零售 / 经营管理经验，熟悉药品零售全流程与监管政策。有药品零售企业负责人或质量管理负责人工作经历者优先。
3. 熟悉药品调剂、处方审核及 GSP 规范。
4. 极强的法律意识与责任担当，坚守药品质量安全底线，对企业合规经营负总责。
5. 熟练操作药品经营管理系统，具备良好的文件编写与记录管理能力。
具备团队管理、组织协调与决策能力，能统筹企业经营与质量管理工作。良好的沟通表达与顾客服务意识，能清晰、耐心提供专业用药指导。
