岗位职责
1. 负责公司员工工作餐、及客户接待餐的烹饪出品；合理制定每日、每周菜品菜单，做到荤素搭配、营养均衡、口味稳定，定期更新时令菜品，持续提升员工与客户的就餐体验。
2. 严格遵守食品安全相关法规及公司食堂管理制度，负责食材验收、清洗加工、烹饪留样、储存保管全流程管控；落实生熟分离、餐具消毒、后厨环境卫生消杀工作，杜绝食品安全隐患，保障食堂卫生合规、整洁规范。
3. 根据就餐人数精准预估食材用量；合理控制食材损耗、调料、水电燃气等运营成本，杜绝浪费；定期盘点厨房物资、厨具设备，做好库存管理与物资台账。
4. 统筹食堂后厨整体工作安排、人员分工与日常调度，合理安排餐前备餐、开餐服务、餐后清洁收尾工作；规范后厨操作流程，维持食堂高效、有序运转。
5. 负责厨房各类灶具、电器、冷藏、消毒设备的日常清洁、保养与安全检查，发现设备故障及时上报维修；严格落实后厨防火、防气、防触电、防烫伤等安全生产规范，杜绝安全事故。
6. 配配合行政后勤完成食堂检查、整改、月度盘点及各类临时加餐、节日餐、接待餐保障工作。
任职要求
1.身体健康，持有有效健康证，无不良从业记录。
2. 3年以上企业食堂/单位食堂主厨、厨师长工作经验，熟悉员工餐大锅菜烹饪，口味大众、稳定、适口。
3. 熟悉食堂食品安全操作规范、后厨卫生标准及成本管控方式。
4. 做事踏实细心、责任心强、服从管理，具备团队协作能力，能适应食堂日常工作节奏。
5. 无重大食品安全事故经历，有大型企业食堂工作及会所招待餐经验者优先。
