岗位职责：1、负责信息化系统技术选型、软件设计及实现，根据系统设计完成功能模块的开发、调试和维护；
2、参与系统方案讨论、技术调研与方案设计，编写技术方案、设计文档和项目交付文档；
3、负责系统数据库设计、接口开发、单元测试和系统性能优化，与前端配合达成项目目标；
4、负责维护和改进技术框架，维护后端工具链、基础工程和系统公共组件。
岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程及相关专业；
2、1991年1月1日以后出生，特别优秀的可以适当放宽年龄要求；
3、5年及以上java开发经验，计算机基础扎实，对数据结构和基础算法有较好掌握，具有较高的独立开发能力和微服务项目经验；
4、熟练掌握Linux操作系统，熟练掌握springboot、 springCloud开发框架和flyway数据库版本控制，精通Web面向对象程序设计理论方法；
5、熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Doris、Kafka、Flink、Kubernetes 等中间件使用，具备工业协议（Modbus、OPC UA/DA、MQTT、IEC 61850 等）的开发与对接实战经验，能独立完成工业设备 / 传感器的数据采集、协议解析开发，有 GIS 地图应用和物联网开发经验优先；
6、具有工业互联网或大型能源、矿业软件项目经验，对能源业务有深入理解的优先；
7、具有系统分析师、架构师、软件设计师等行业证书的优先。
薪资待遇及福利：1、薪资待遇面议（包含基本工资、绩效工资、个人应承担的五险一金部分等），当月15日前入职即可缴纳五险一金。
2、试用期1个月，试用期薪资为80%，一经录取与第三方人力资源公司签订合同。（特别优秀者可以适当缩短试用期时间）。
3、采用标准工时制（国家法定节假日根据工作实际情况确定安排值班）
