1. 与相关业务部建立牢固的合作伙伴关系，快速提供适合的人力资源方案；

d）企业文化建设。
该岗位需要常驻上海市奉贤区。
主要要求：
1）全日制本科及以上学历。
2）5年以上制造业企业人力资源管理工作经验，有HRBP经验者更佳。
3）良好的中英文沟通能力，较好的逻辑思维及解析能力。
4）积极主动，以结果为导向。
5）有较好的灵活性及适应性，能够适应高速发展的矩阵式组织。
