岗位职责：
1. 建立、落地并持续优化适配彩妆质量管理体系，涵盖ISO22716化妆品良好生产规范、GMPC车间规范、化妆品监督管理条例等行业法规，确保生产、检验、仓储全流程合规化、标准化。
2. 负责公司彩妆产品备案、送检、抽检、年审等合规工作对接，跟进药监部门检查、第三方审核、客户验厂，保障企业生产资质、产品资质持续有效。
3. 原料准入管控、生产过程质控、成品出厂管控、统筹成品、半成品、原料等质量问题。
4. 主导生产过程不良、异常、质量事故的复盘分析，统筹市场端、品牌方客诉质量问题处理，完成原因溯源、整改优化，对接客户完成品质答疑与闭环。
5. 定期统计制程不良率、成品合格率、客诉率、退货率等质量数据，输出月度、季度、年度质量分析报告，为生产优化、工艺升级、供应商优化提供数据支撑。
6. 建立彩妆原辅材料供应商、代工厂的质量评级体系，定期开展供应商质量稽核，淘汰劣质供应商，优化供应链品质。
7. 针对新物料、新配方、新工艺试产，全程跟进质量验证，制定试产质量标准，输出试产质量评估报告，保障新品量产品质稳定性。
8. 负责质量部门整体团队搭建、人员分工、绩效考核、技能培训，搭建专业的彩妆质检人才梯队。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，精细化工、应用化学、化妆品工程、质量管理等相关专业优先。
2. 8年以上化妆品彩妆行业质量管理经验，3年以上同岗位质量总监管理经验，熟悉彩妆各类产品生产工艺及核心质量风险点。
3. 有彩妆ODM工厂生产企业从业经验，熟悉品牌方审厂、品质对接标准。
4. 精通ISO22716、GMPC、化妆品监督管理条例等行业法规及质检标准，具备应对药监核查、第三方审核、客户验厂经验。
