岗位职责：
1. 负责质量管理体系的建立和完善，组织内审，确保企业运作符合GMP要求;
2. 主导公司内部审核与管理评审，负责应对第三方认证机构、药监部门等官方审核与检查，确保公司运营的全面合规。
3. 处理客户质量投诉与咨询，主导根本原因调查，制定并推动有效的改进方案，提升客户满意度与信任度。
4. 负责与产品质量相关的变更、自查、产品召回、不良反应监测、不合格品管理等活动，负责物料和产品的放行管理。
5. 关注公司管理体系相关的政策、规则的变化，适时对管理体系文件进行符合性修订和策划培训，以确保持续地符合评审机构的要求;
任职要求：
1. 本科以上，5年及以上彩妆质量管理经验，2-3年的团队管理经验。
2. 精通ISO22716、GMPC 等化妆品行业核心管理体系，熟悉化妆品原料、包材、半成品、成品的检验标准与流程。
3. 熟悉国内外化妆品相关的法律法规，具备应对官方检查、客户审核的能力。
4. 极强的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门协作,出色的领导力，能够有效带领和培养团队。
