岗位职责：
1. 参与核心业务系统的技术架构设计与核心功能开发，开发与沉淀公用组件和基础框架能力；
2. 负责业务系统性能优化、稳定性治理与技术风险控制，保障系统高并发且高可用运行；
3. 参与系统模块设计与技术选型，提升系统整体可扩展性与可维护性；
4. 探索并落地 AI技术在研发流程和业务系统中的应用，通过AI工具提升研发效率；
5. 推动团队在开发、测试、运维等环节合理使用AI工具，提高整体研发效率；

任职要求：
1. 5年以上JAVA研发经验，具备复杂业务系统开发经验；
2. 熟练掌握SpringBoot、SpringCloud/微服务架构，熟悉常见Zookeeper、Nacos、Apollo、Gateway、Dubbo等组件；
3. 熟练掌握MySQL、Redis、消息队列（任意一款）、ES等中间件，熟悉Clickhouse、Doris等数据库；
4. 具备高可用、高并发系统设计惊讶，问题排查/解决思路清晰，能够解决复杂场景（如：性能瓶颈、稳定性问题等）；
5. 熟练掌握主流AI应用工作连与Agent框架，能快速搭建研发AI应用场景进行赋能；
6. 熟练掌握大模型应用开发模式，有AI工具实际落地经验，能够将AI能力快速接入到业务系统；
