Responsibilities:
• Participant manage APQP on project level. Prepare quality WI internal criteria regarding customer requirements.
• Investigate, exchange close customer NCR via WIM Customer portal.ganize NCR exchange with customers regularly
• Monitprocess quality performanceganize QRQC activity against internal external hot issues
• Participant design review with team on prototype follow up open points until closed
• Implement internal FAI once prototypes on new project are readiness. Participant manage CFAI regarding project plan
• Maintain quality system operation like ISO9001(IRIS), DIN6701, ISO45001, ISO14001 etc. Responsible fthird body surveillance audit recertificate customer audit.
• Training improve skill ability of inspectregularly.
• Cooperative with SQE on supplier audit.
• Develop, implement improve Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs processes including emergency preparedness fire protection, safety risk assessment safe working procedures fall activities (Wabtec & Off-Site locations), hazardous waste management, training, ergonomics, contractsafety, crisis management.
• Manages directs site in achieving Environmental Health Safety (EHS) targets & objectives according to Wabtec guidance.
• Drive EHS compliance through audits, process / equipment reviews proactive risk elimination track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Waste, Water Air regulations through required preventative maintenance of the equipment, recordkeeping, preparation of report plans.
• Lead efforts to maintain ISO9001/IRIS Standards Certifications.
• Responsible of Obtaining Updating Operational Permits as required fsubmission to regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate conduct EHS training femployee, contractors visitors as needed.
• Identifies evaluates hazardous conditions practices develop hazard control practices programs.
• Develops implements inspection policies procedures, a schedule of routine inspections.
• Investigates all accidents, incidents, near misses environmental incidents to ensure root cause analysis, containment corrective actions are completed.
• Report all incidents/events according to the Wabtec Incident Management Process.
• Provide support technical guidance to the leadership team, employees EHS committees to assure programs are developed effectively implemented providing safe healthy working environments femployees on site & at customer sites.
• Walk the manufacturing floon a regular basis to establish EHS presence provide support.
• Work cooperatively with Global EHS Team on various projects initiatives.
Qualifications:
• More than 3 years of experience in PCBA/Electric devices manufacturing/industrial environment
• Experience in customer complaint management
• Experience in HSE/Quality management
• Experience in managing HSE/Quality system internal auditing, audit recertificate by third body customer
• Familiar with quality tools like 8D, FTA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MAS, SPC apply in routine tasks.
• Fluent in both writtenal English.
