岗位职责
EHS 板块
1.编制安全制度、应急预案，建立全套安全管理台账；
2.开展各类安全检查、风险管控，全程跟踪隐患销项；
3.组织安全培训、应急演练，召开月度安全工作复盘会；
4.严格落实高风险作业审批、交底与现场过程监管。
消防板块
1.搭建消防管理制度、台账体系，组织消防培训与常态化演练；
2.监管消防设施、2小时防火巡查，统筹消控室及钥匙门禁管理；
3.负责火情应急处置指挥，建立租户油烟管道清洗管控台账；
4.维护江苏省消防重点单位线上平台，完成系统履职上报。
任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，必备中级注册安全工程师、消防设施操作员（中级）双证；
2.4 年商业综合体安全管理经验，2 年独立落地商场 EHS 体系实操经历；
3.熟悉南京属地监管政策，可独立完成政府迎检、隐患整改闭环；
4.能带消防班组，强力推进跨部门及商户安全隐患整改。
