（1）工作经验：

3. 有大模型实践经验者优先；
4. 熟悉虚拟化/容器技术；
5. 具备大规模K8S实战项目设计、开发、性能调优经验者优先；

（2）岗位要求：
1. 计算机或人工智能相关专业，统招本科及以上学历；
2. 精通JAVA和python程序设计，较好的编程理念，具备较强的系统分析和软件设计实现能力；
3. 熟练使用SVN、CVS、GIT等版本控制工具；
4. 具有良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力和执行力。
5．能接受国内短期出差。
