工作职责:
1. 负责业务系统的需求沟通、设计、开发、实施及管理工作；

任职资格:

3. 扎实的JAVA语言基础，充分理解面向对象编程思想，有较强的逻辑思维能力。
4. 熟悉常用的开源框架 Spring , Spring MVC , Mybatis , Spring Boot , Spring Cloud 等。
5. 熟悉Linux系统操作，拥有Linux下环境部署经验，熟悉常用数据库(Mysql\Oracle\SQL Server)等。
6. 熟悉使用前端开发技术 html/css/javascript。
7. 有较好的需求分析能力、沟通能力、文档编写能力。

以下技能为加分项，优先考虑：
1. 至少熟悉一个常用消息队列，如 RabbitMQ 、 ActiveMQ 、 Kafka 等；
2. 熟悉常用的 NoSQL 系统 Redis , Memcache 等；
3. 有全栈经验、熟悉多种开发语言优先。
